Silverado 3500 with 6.6 Duramax was in for oil and fuel filter change. Truck was returned to me low on oil. They added the amount if oil for a gasoline engine rather than the 10 qt. Needed for the Duramax. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be going back to them for service. If something this simple cannot be done correctly I cannot trust i ca not trust them with my truck.

Great service everything done and no problem

We were lied to about two separate warranties. When we purchased the 2024 Traverse brand new, we paid extra for the extended warranty. Now when we come in to use it to replace what your crew is calling a "deformed" weather strip around the sunroof we are being charged over $1,000 .. and being told the warranty doesnt cover it. When we purchased we were told we wouldn't have to pay for anything while under the extended warrant. 2nd - we purchased the Zurich paint shield for the car - being told anything that happened to the paint would be covered and fixed - now when we first need it due to paint chips - we are told actually it doesnt cover paint chips ... so what's the purpose of having it ? Really poor experience with Blaise - and definitely we were lied to by the sales and finance team during the purchase of this vehicle

Always excellent service and very friendly people.

Work in my truck was great but waiting for confirmation in a warranty issue was a bit prolonged
