I bought my truck on December 27th 2026. It has now been in for repairs 4 times already. It was only 3 years old with approximately 33k miles on it. The sales manager and salesperson have both have been, we'll say relieved of their duties, that I worked with shortly after my purchase. The truck was still being repaired under factory warranty to the best of my knowledge. I talked to the GM Jake Schmidt about taking the truck back. He had little to no interest in working with me. We came up with 2 options. 1, buy the truck back, and 2 put me in a new truck. He wants me to eat thousands of dollars for a truck that I have barley driven since the purchase. I also asked about another new, cheaper truck and he never got back to me. He kept blowing me off, ignoring me, and even stating, "well we don't build the trucks here we just sell them." This has been an absolutely horrible experience and would like someone outside of Blaise to reach out to me and see what can be done with this truck as well as any compensation for lost time and costs associated with me paying for a truck I couldn't drive. Jake's boss or someone from GM that may actually care would be great. I have all kinds of documentation and timelines on this matter and really want it to be made right. I will say Scotty and Abby from the Service department have been amazing so no knock on that department. I have been a loyal Chevrolet customer for many years now and I just can't believe how I have been treated. Feel free to reach out to Blaise for my contact information.
